1.5 oz rum

.25 oz vanilla syrup

3 oz coconut milk

Painkiller

2 ox pineapple juice

1.25 oz rum

.5 oz orange juice

.5 oz coconut syrup

Short Hoist

1.5 oz white rum

1 oz Blue Curacao

1 oz Sour Mix

juice of .5 lime

Mai Tai

1.5 oz Mai Tai Mix (or 3:1 Orgeat/Orange Curacao)

1 oz lime juice (use less)

3 oz dark rum

bitters

mint, cherry, pineapple garnish

Hurricane

1 oz dark rum

1.5 oz white rum

1.5 oz passionfruit syrup

.5 oz lime juice

2tsp sugar

grenadine splash

Singapore Sling

2 oz gin

1 oz grenadine

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla syrup

juice .5 lemon

1 tsp cherry brandy

club soda

A day at Great Falls with our U of M B-school buddies

We had a great day with Jeannette's B-school classmates, Janet Dulsky, Fred Slone, Beth Emmanuelson and her husband Jim...and a bunch of boys. Madeleine probably didn't think this was the best way to spend her birthday, but it was fun, anyway!

Great Falls is a beautiful spot...but it was a tad cold for April, especially considering that it was over 80 just a couple of days ago!

The boys loved climbing on the rocks...ideally, while swinging a big stick. What could be more fun that TWO potentially dangerous activities combined together?
